Focus and Scope
LOFOTECH is an open-access peer-reviewed journal publishing critical reviews and original research papers dealing with the advancement of research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations) with a particular emphasis on Indonesian food as well as other regions that have food similar or relevant to Indonesian food.
FOCUS: The research is focusing on local food, potentially on the new research developments and their current and potential food industry applications.
SCOPE: The journal contains original research results and scientific reviews, including research dealing with the advancement of research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations) with a particular emphasis on Indonesian food as well as other regions that have food that is similar or relevant to Indonesian food.
