About the Journal

LOFOTECH ITH: Journal of Exploration of Local Food Systems & Supply Chain Technology is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research papers and reviews on innovation, research and development in local food systems and supply chain technology, especially related to important issues in food sustainability, efficiency supply chains and local food exploration, more specifically in the regional context of South Sulawesi and other areas that have food traditions similar to or relevant to Indonesian food.

LOFOTECH ITH is published twice a year in June and December by the Food Technology Study Program of The Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie Institute of Technology. All submitted articles may not be published and may not be considered for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to LOFOTECH ITH will undergo a thorough peer review process. Acceptance of articles is decided by the Editorial Board based on reviewer recommendations.
